Luckybond aluminum composite panel consists of two sheets of smooth 0.5mm nominal  aluminum thermobonded to a polyethylene core in a continuous process. Luckybond offers the proven product properties, such as flatness, formability, resistance to wear, UV and simple processing. PVDF, from PPG KYNAR 500 PVDF coating, which is one of the best coating resin to architectural industry. It can withstand extreme weather conditions and minimize the possibility of acid, alkali, powder and strong solar radiation, hence unaffected by the temperature changes and the long term bask of UV ray.
